Care Guide: Stainless Steel Tumblers - How to Attach Parts

TRAVEL TUMBLER

TRAVEL TUMBLER lid, cap, and silicone ring care guide

The lid, cap, and silicone ring were updated in January, 2025. For lids with the KINTO logo on the inside, please use the Type B silicone ring. Type B rings cannot be used with Type A lids or caps.

Type A lid and silicone ring

TRAVEL TUMBLER Type A lid and silicone ring

TRAVEL TUMBLER comes with two silicone rings: a smaller one for the upper lid and a bigger one for the inner cap. Please attach both silicone rings so that the slit faces towards the bottle.

Type B lid and silicone ring

TRAVEL TUMBLER comes with two silicone rings: a smaller one for the upper lid and a larger one for the inner cap. Please attach both silicone rings with the tab positioned on the outside and visible.

Close the lid securely in level position

Close the lid securely making sure that it is not slanted. You can turn the lid counter-clockwise to find its level position. When carrying your tumbler, keep it upright just to be safe.


DAY OFF TUMBLER

DAY OFF TUMBLER lid, cap, and silicone ring care guide

The lid, cap, and silicone ring were updated in January 2025. For lids with the KINTO logo on the inside, please use the Type B silicone ring. Type B rings cannot be used with Type A lids or caps. In addition, the DAY OFF TUMBLER 900ml, released in 2025, is only compatible with Type B parts.

TO GO TUMBLER

With plug

TO GO TUMBLER with plug comes with two parts: a silicone ring and a plug. Attach the silicone ring with the flat side of the silicone facing the lid. Insert the plug by pressing it firmly into the lid.

With straw

TO GO TUMBLER with straw comes with two silicone parts: a silicone ring and a silicone gasket. Attach the silicone ring with the flat side facing the lid. Insert the silicone gasket into the straw opening with the flat side facing up, and press it firmly into place.


ACTIVE TUMBLER

For the ACTIVE TUMBLER, attach the silicone ring with the flat side facing the lid. If stubborn stains remain, the spout can be removed for thorough cleaning. To detach, tilt the spout sideways. To reattach, press in one side at a time until it clicks back into place.


PLAY TUMBLER

For the PLAY TUMBLER, attach the silicone ring so that the slit faces the bottle. If stubborn stains remain, the spout can be removed for thorough cleaning. To detach, tilt the spout sideways. To reattach, press in one side at a time until it clicks back into place.

Attach the silicone ring with the tab positioned on the outside and visible.


WATER TUMBLER

The silicone ring is integrated with the lid and cannot be removed.
